<p>System for producing the toes of stockings and socks on the appropriate machine, is one in which on a single machine the toe takes the form on its upper perimeter of five sleeves, one for each actual toe, the diameters and heights of which vary, and a mechanism is available for selecting needles situated below each of the bars and on which there are projections for selecting the needles while pushing them upwards to bring them into action and causing the needle heads to emerge from the bar.</p> |
