The method for preparing the fiber made of polyetherester block copolymer, in which the weight rate between hard segment of aromatic polyester and soft segment of polyether is 10/90-30/70, is characterized by: adding ester-forming three functional compd., shown in formula (I) (where R1,R2,R3= -OH, -CO2R4 (R4; alkyl group with carbon No. more than 1), -CO2H, or -R5OH (R5; alkyl group with carbon No. more than 1)) in the adding amount of 0.1-0.5 mol% per aromatic carboxylic acid, and crystalline nucleating agent, shown in formular (II) (where M; alkali earth metal of valence 1, R1,R2; alkyl group with carbon No. more than 12), in the adding amount of 0.16-1.0 mol% per aromatic carboxylic acid to each block copolymer; and melt-spinning.
