PURPOSE:To stably produce an optical recording medium with a reflecting film having high reflectance and satisfactory durability. CONSTITUTION:An Al alloy contg. 0.05-0.2wt.% one or more among Fe, Cu and Si and 0.7-3.0wt.% Mn is put on a heating body, used as an evaporating source and vacuum-deposited on the information signal recording surface of a transparent synthetic resin substrate to obtain the objective optical recording medium with a light reflecting film made of a vacuum-deposited Al alloy film contg. 0.05-0.2wt.% one or more among Fe, Cu and Si and 0.7-3.0wt.% Mn on the information signal recording surface of the transparent synthetic resin substrate. |
