PURPOSE:To utilize this customer vehicle recognition informing device for the improvement of customer service and to reduce the number of staffs necessary for the retrieval of customer information. CONSTITUTION:In a computer device 22, an input control part 5 receives the vehicle number information of a vehicle to be visited and then transfers the received information to a processing part 6, which retrieves customer information from a disk device 8 storing a customer master file by using the vehicle number as a key through an output control part 7 and the customer information is returned to the processing part 6 through the control part 5. The processing part 6 transmits the customer information to a digital PBX equipment 23 through the control part 7 as the customer information of a customer to be visited. In the equipment 23, an input control part 9 receives the customer information of the customer to be visited and transfers the received information to a processing part 10, which informs the existence of a customer to be visited to a radio display device carried by a person requiring the information through a transmission control part 11 to display the information together with the customer information. |
