PURPOSE:To easily operate switching between access to specific data and that to general data by providing a function which prevents persons other than a specific user from accessing specific data and a function which sets such state that all users can access it. CONSTITUTION:When a user will use a document file protected from access of users other than he, he depresses an unlock key. When the unlock key is depressed, an OS 309 starts an unlock processing 1100 of a security processing program 308. The user inputs his user ID and password to the input column of an unlock picture. When correspondence relations between inputted ID and password coincides with those between a user ID and a password stored in a password management table 600, the unlock processing is requested to the OS 309. The OS 309 starts an unlock processing 1200 to perform the unlock processing of processing programs 301 to 307. |
