PURPOSE:To provide a document preparing device having no necessity of repeating work for executing the character modification of a character or a code having high using frequency. CONSTITUTION:When a character or code inputted from an input part 10 is specified and modification working operation is also specified, a character modification part 71 modifies the specified character or code and a character string control part 70 stores the code data of the modified character or code in external and internal storage parts 50, 60 together with the code data of the character or code inputted from the input part 10. When a character or code whose character modification learning is to be executed is specified from the input part 10, the code data of the character or code are stored in a learning dictionary area of the internal storage part 60, and then, when the same character or code is inputted from the input part 10, the same modification work as that of the character or code stored in the learning dictionary area is automatically executed. |
