PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method by which integrated solar batteries with excellent performance are manufactured at good yield. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric converter consisting of a semiconductor layer 3 which includes a non-crystal semiconductor and the second electrode layer 4 are deposited, in this sequence, on an insulative substrate 1 on which patterned first electrode 2 has been formed. Then, along a separation line of the first electrode 2, an opening 5 which penetrate the second electrode layer 4 and the semiconductor layer 3 is formed. Further, the third electrode 6 that connect the first electrode 2 and the second electrode layer 4 in series is formed in the opening 5. |
