<p>PURPOSE:To provide a flat transformer in which stray capacitance between conductors of spiral coils is decreased to improve high frequency characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil conductor 1 and a secondary coil conductor 2 are laminated in spiral through the intermediary of an insulator layer 5, a second magnetic layer 4 is arranged thereon through the intermediary of an insulating layer 5, where the thickness (d) of the primary coil conductor 1 is set smaller than the thickness D of the secondary coil conductor 2.</p> |
