PURPOSE:To easily retrieve a member by defining optional user information and screen format for the library in member form. CONSTITUTION:A library controller 2 has a format information registering means 5 which defines the screen format for registering the optional user information, a user information registering means 8 which registers the user information itself, and a format information display means 6 and a user information display means 9 which match and display the screen format and user information registered in the means 5 and 8. The optional user information format can be defined in library units, so information can be set distinctively by the purposes of use. |
