PURPOSE:To prevent illegal use and specify a user who leaves a terminal by registering and storing image data specifying the user together with a user identification code (user ID) and a password when the computer terminal user is registered. CONSTITUTION:A face photograph from which a person to be registered as a user of a computer terminal can clearly be judged is read by an input device 5 and the user ID and password of the person are inputted on a keyboard 4. Those data are displayed on a display 3 at the same time and it is judged whether the data correspond to the user or not; and the user ID, password, and three corresponding persons are registered as terminal user registration data in a storage device 6. Then the image data stored in the storage device 6 are retrieved by using a user ID inputted simultaneously with the input of a terminal use declaration command for computer terminal use and then displayed on the display 3. |
