The device for securing the angular position of means (4) of movable direction with respect to a control shaft (1) carry a locking device (3) axially on the said means (4). The front face of the means (4) carries a tooth (12) for securing angularly the direction and is engaged in an equivalent tooth (13) carried by an intermediate means (8) fixed to the control shaft (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - Automobile vehicles for securing angular position of a means with respect to control shaft in vehicle carried by axial locking device. Leads to simplified assembly over prior art.
