PURPOSE:To reuse a medium which is failed in printing and typing by permitting a magnetic recording means to issue a ticket in a form that information for machine reading and information that people can read are integrally recorded through the use of the medium where a magnetic member is applied at the back of a supporting body and material having a magnetic characteristic at a surface on an opposite side is filled. CONSTITUTION:A character which can be read by people's view is recorded and magnetic recording for machine reading is executed by using the medium where the magnetic member A is applied at the back of the supporting body B and material having the magnetic characteristic is filled at the surface of the opposite side with a transparent sheet D and the like, namely, a recycle medium. Then, a recycle ticket 1 which is recorded is issued. Visual information into the recycle medium 1 is recorded by magnetizing the fine magnetic surface which is formed in a line in a direction orthogonal to a transportation direction in a matrix shape with transportation, and by permitting the magnetic surface to adsorb the material having the magnetic characteristic such as iron powder so as to form a visual image. |
