The apparatus for wholly or partially driving optical system including lens in horizontal or vertical direction, is suitable for positions with external vibrations and low electricity consumption. The apparatus comprises a pair of inner support members having three connecting elements being able to bend to and direction, which are symmetric and parallel to each other on a surface; a pair of support members having more than a connecting element and connected with the inner support members; a moving body connected with an end of a connecting element of the three elements. Respective member of the inner/outer members is agitated in the vertical or horizontal surface direction by motion of moving body.
