PURPOSE:To provide the interruption resetting packet communication system efficiently using a network by improving the possibility of transmission for a non-preferential transmitting packet while transferring a preferential transmitting packet within allowable oscillation delay time. CONSTITUTION:Respective communication nodes A-F store the number of communication waiting preferential transmitting packets (the number of succeeded preferential transmitting packets) at the time of starting current both-class communication mode for the transmission of high-class interruption reset and subtract that number from the number of succeeded preferential transmitting packets stored each time the preferential transmitting packet is transmitted in the current both-class communication mode and since the number is judged by using a parameter not to be added to the number of stored packets even when any preferential transmitting packet to be newly transmitted arrives at, the communication node residual time of the preferential transmitting packet can be suppressed within the allowable oscillation delay time.
