PURPOSE:To surely prevent data from being destroyed due to a power source disconnection by providing a nonvolatile storage device, a system monitor part, and a power source control part. CONSTITUTION:Even if a power-OFF indication is made, power supply is not cut off immediately and the system monitor part 14 informs the main control part 18 of the semiconductor device 28 of it and transfers semiconductor memory part data to the magnetic disk device 22 in a nonvolatile control circuit 30. The main control part 18 of the semiconductor disk device 28 informs the system monitor part 14 of the data storage result and the system monitor part 14 can decide whether or not the data are normally stored and control whether or not the power source is turned OFF. If the data storage ends abnormally, the data in the semiconductor device can be transferred to a system magnetic disk device 24 connected to another independent channel, and the data destruction in case of a power source disconnection can securely be prevented. |
