PURPOSE:To make the electric power charges lower for commercial power after interruption from a non-utility generated power source while continuously supplying power to the loads for the non-utility generated power source. CONSTITUTION:Two units of non-utility power generating equipment 1a and 1b are mutually connected to a high importance load 5 and a low importance load 6 by means of a change-over switch 7 for power generator. A commercial power supply 9 is connected to a high importance load Q10 and a low importance load Q11 at the commercial power side, and the total value of load power for both the loads Q10 and Q11 is set to a value lower than the power of standing charge for the commercial power supply 9. Load power of the high importance load 5 at the non-utility power generator side is set to a value less than the load power of the low importance load Q11 at the commercial side. The commercial power supply 9 is selectively connected to the low importance load Q11 at the commercial side and the high importance load 5 at the non- utility power generator side through a backup power distribution line 14 and a backup change-over switch 15. |
