摘要 The cell comprises a layer of electrochromic material (M), a layer of electrolyte (E), a first electrode (F1) and a second electrode (F2). The first electrode is connected to a power source at one or more points around its edge. The distribution of the resistance value is evened out between the first electrode and all parts of the electrochromic material. Even distribution of the resistive value of the material is achieved by placing a network of conductors against the first electrode. The network of conductors is laid down on a transparent substrate. This is then covered with a layer of indium oxide and tin. ADVANTAGE - Enables constant and high voltage to be applied to electrochromic layer to achieve even colouration and coating to surface being treated.
