<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the device which decreases the fluctuations between liquid crystal cells, maintains a stable operation and has a large opening rate, decreased crosstalks between picture elements and high S/N. CONSTITUTION:A transistor(TR) 18 and its interconnect layer 5 are formed on one front surface side of an insulating layer or insulating base body 10 and an electrode 13 for impressing a voltage to a liquid crystal to be used for impressing the voltage to the liquid crystal is formed on the other front surface side of the insulating layer or insulating base body 10. One main electrode part 3 of the TR 18 and the electrode 13 for impressing the voltage to the liquid crystal are connected by an electrode via the opening part 11 of the insulating layer or insulating base body 10. In addition, the electrode connecting the main electrode part 3 and the electrode 13 for impressing the voltage to the liquid crystal is formed on the other front surface side of the insulating layer or insulating base body 10 so as to shield the light of the TR 18.</p> |
