PURPOSE:To provide the method for directly manufacturing colored resin particles having particle size constitution and well-balanced particle size distribution suitable for the use as the electrophotographic toner, and superior moisture resistance and superior colorability by a polymerization process. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic toner is manufactured by copolymerizing a monomer having a polar function group and another monomer and using a dispersion stabilizer having a carboxyl group or carboxylic salt in a polymerization process and a coloring process and esterifying it with an alcohol. |
