PURPOSE:To provide a compact portable telephone set without adding an independent storage part to the telephone set by providing a storage part to store the proper information on the circuit using contractor that uses the telephone set in a power supply part of the telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply part 3 is attached to a portable telephone main body 2, the power is supplied to a control part 11 and a transmitting/ receiving part 12. Then a telephone number is inputted by the push-buttons. Thus the part 11 outputs a control signal to an ID code storage part 10, and the part 10 reads the ID code out of a memory 13 through an ID code reading part 14 to output the ID code to the part 11. The part 1 transmits the ID code and the signals showing the telephone number to a base station through the part 12 as the charging information to be given to a circuit using contractor. Then the talking is possible with the opposite side of the telephone number via a connected base station. Thus it is not required to add an ID code reading part to the main body 2. |
