The article of jewelry is made in two or more separable parts. All the parts are coupled together and movable in relation to each other. The outer part (1) is tubular, with the inner one (2) sliding inside it into a partly-protruding position. One or more grooves (3) can be formed on the inside of the outer part, in which pins (4) on the inner one work, so as to limit the amount of movement. The internal cross-section, which can be oval or polygonal, of the outer part can be constant over its entire length.
