摘要 The twin-needle sewing machine, for stitching pocket flaps, has a control unit at the control system which converts the signals for the angle (W1, W2) of one of the edges (133, 134) to set the direction of setting motor rotation. The edge cutter blades are rotated sufficiently until the connecting lines of the end points (P,Q,R,S) of the corner cut run parallel to the connecting lines between the limit points (G,I,H,K) of the seams. Two units (L1) register the measurement points (T,V,U) of the edges (133,134) of the second fabric (46), at different gaps (b; b+c) from the axis (A), using light chambers (L1,L2) on an axis (C) at right angles to the main axis (A). The sensor system (20) can also have two pairs of light chambers (L1,L2;L3,L4) with each pair on each side of the axis (A). The sensor system (20,21) measures the gap (f,g) between the edges (133,134) parallel to the axis (A). USE/ADVANTAGE - The sewing machine, for the prodn. of pocket flaps, gives an automatic setting of the corner blades to eliminate time and effort by the operative and accurate working.
