A device for establishing a detachable connection between a signal line and a connector socket on a component of a medium or high voltage energy supply system has an electroconductive pin (5) whose one terminal section can be inserted into the connector socket (1) and a sealing ring (19) concentrically arranged with respect to the pin (5). The terminal section of the pin that protrudes out of the connector socket (1) is designed as a plug pin (5). Contact means located in the right angle plug housing (6) have a contact element (17') radially resilient with respect to the plug pin (5) that can be pressed against said plug pin. The right angle plug housing (6) further contains a resilient catching element (17') that engages a catching element (5', 5'') of the plug pin (5) when the right angle plug housing (6) is completely inserted on the plug pin (5) and prevents loosening of the plug pin (5).
