The suspension consists of a block of elastic material. Each end of the block has a passage for a curved hook, for fastening to the vehicle and to the exhaust pipe. The hooks pass through the block. One of the hooks (1) has a radial finger (4) on the end to be pushed through the block (2). During assembly, when the block is turned about the axis into a position, which is not its final position, the finger slides in a groove (6) of the block. The finger stops the block from being displaced on the hook in the opposite direction, and from being moved off it, when the block is pivoted back into end position. ADVANTAGE - prevents block from being moved on suspension hooks after assembly.
