An assembly to mix two gas flows (a) and (b) has a first passage (2) for the first gas flow (a) and another for the second gas flow. These passages open into a mixer chamber with a mixing passage for the mixed gas flow (c), which emerges from the mixer chamber with a mixing body and widens towards the mixing passage. The mixing body is shaped like a ridged roof without gables, and that the ridge is directed towards the first passage and one of its two V-shaped edges. Pref. the mixing body is a piece of bent sheet metal. The mixing body edges facing towards the mixing passage are toothed. The mixing body and ridge rotate as an axle through 360 deg. USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly mixes two mass flows, esp. gases. The assembly is of light weight yet mixes efficiently.
