The guide components (3,4) form a funnel-shaped widening of the flow channel. They have a flat section and are articulately connected to the flow channel. Inside the flow channel (2) intermediate walls are arranged at a distance from one another. The intermediate walls are displaced in relation to one another at a distance from the floor of the flow channel (2). The floor of the channel has one or more stages which lead to an eddying of the flowing water and the sedimentable food particles.
