<p>An electric control apparatus for a vehicle suspension mechanism of which the spring constant and damping force can be controlled independently to one another, wherein a vertical displacement amount and a vertical velocity vector of the vehicle body are detected during travel of the vehicle, and wherein the spring constant of the suspension mechanism is increased in accordance with an increase of the vertical displacement amount of the vehicle body and decreased in accordance with an increase of the vertical velocity vector of the vehicle body while the damping force of the suspension mechanism is decreased in accordance with the increase of the vertical displacement amount of the vehicle body and increased in accordance with the increase of the vertical velocity vector of the vehicle body. <IMAGE></p> |
