adjusting gelatin of solid state or powder state having 3-8 mm thickness to 8-15 % moisture; putting solid gelatin of prepared regular hexahedron form in rotary kiln for foaming; heating to 80-90 deg.C in order to produce a nearly spherical form; mixing solid gelatin with heated purification salt at 80-90 deg.C in the ratio of equal weights; once again heating to give foamed gelatin of spherical form at 230 - 260 deg.C for 2-5 min. |
