<p>The lower roller sections in the drawing unit of a spinning machine are mounted by a stud into roller bearings at each end, located in a bearing mounting block. The bearings are held in place by a clamp of spring steel plate. If replacement is required, partial unscrewing of a nipple allows the clamp to be drawn up and the roller section removed without disturbing adjacent rollers or their bearings.</p> |
