<p>A portable image input equipment is useful for transmitting a video signal of an object to a monitor television. The image input equipment comprises a camera head having an optical system and an image pickup means converting an optical image of the object to a video signal, a document stage on which the object, such as a pamphlet and a book, is to be put, a pair of arms assembled movably on the document stage to be folded down to the document stage and to be raised from the document stage, and a space comparted by a pair of the arms. The camera head is assembled movably on the arms to be folded down into the space and be raised from the space. The image input equipment can be folded into a flat shape. <IMAGE></p> |
