A drug-injecting device comprising a dispensing capsule (3) which is connected to an injection tube (7), it being possible for both to be implanted under the skin of a patient. For the purpose of injecting the substance, in particular for injecting it essentially to the site of an organ (31), the diffusion tube (7) extends as far as this organ and comprises fixing means (13) for holding it or fixing it on this organ.
