PURPOSE:To provide a heating sheet for cooking with an electronic range which enables the heating of the surface of foods, and moreover, proper scorching thereof in the cooking of the foods by heating with the irradiation of a microwave of the electronic range or the like. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped matter which is made up of a fibrous or whisker- like electroconductive material as heat-generating material, natural fiber pulp and an inorganic powder is impregnated with a silicone resin to form a heating sheet. Or, at least one side of the sheet-shaped matter is provided with a silicone resin coated layer mixed with the inorganic powder to form a heating sheet. When the sheet thus obtained is irradiated with a microwave, the electroconductive material in the heating sheet can generate heat to scorch the surface of a food contacting the heating sheet properly by heating. As the heating sheet is impregnated with the silicone resin, the ignition of the natural fiber pulp can be prevented. This formation also enables the prevention of the food from adhering to the heating sheet and the prevention of the contamination of the food caused by the fiber and powder composing the heating sheet. |
