PURPOSE:To automatically measure an item becoming a control index with high accuracy by continuously monitoring the state change in a digestion tank by a control part using a pH measured value obtained from the change rate of a liquid pH value within a timer set time and a titration reagent distribution amount as measured data. CONSTITUTION:Digestion tank sludge is sampled to be put in a sludge receiving tank 1 and flocculated to be subjectred to solid-liquid separation. The obtained filtrate is introduced into an acid titration tank 5 and an alkali titration tank 6 and the pH values of the sample solutions from the tanks 5, 6 are measured while a reagent is distributed to the solutions in the amount corresponding to the value preliminarily calculated by a control part 13 and a digestion state is continuously monitored from the pH values and the reagent distribution amount. The control part 13 uses the pH measured value using the change rate of the pH values within a timer set time and the titration reagent distribution amounts to the titration tanks 5, 6 as measured data to continuously monitor the state change in a digestion tank. |
