PURPOSE:To effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the whole device by surely and efficiently cutting the thermosensitive recording material without using a cutter mechanism for exclusive use. CONSTITUTION:The thermosensitive recording material S is subjected to subscanning conveyance in the arrow B direction under driving operation of a motor 26 and this thermosensitive recording material S is subjected to main scanning in the arrow A direction by a laser beam L outputted from a laser beam diode 12 to record a picture. In a state with driving of the motor 26 once stopped, a cutting part of the thermosensitive recording material S is subjected to main scanning extending plural times in the arrow A direction by the laser beam L outputted from the laser beam diode 12, this cutting part is given higher heat energy that heat energy given to picture recording and cut. |
