<p>PURPOSE:To provide a wet dust collector which is small-sized and very effective and whose quantity of use water is made small by arranging a scrubber means by water spray as well as a heat exchange means in a cyclone dust collector. CONSTITUTION:An almost vertical inner cylinder 7 is coaxially arranged in a vertical blind outer cylinder 5 leaving a certain space 6 from the inner wall and a dust-contg. combustion gas introducing duct 9 is fitted to the inner cylinder in the tangential direction of its circumference. An enclosed hollow heat exchange cylinder 10 is arranged in the central part of the inner cylinder. A cylindrical cover body 13 is sealably engaged with the upper part of the outer cylinder and a shower nozzle 14 for spraying water so that almost all the region of the upper cross section may be covered is arranged inside the outer cylinder. A stack gas cylinder 15 is fitted to the cover body. And the certain space in the outer cylinder is made to communicate (11) with the inner space of the heat exchange cylinder to fill them with heat absorbing water.</p> |
