<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to evaluate not only the dispersion and the like of the contents of the evaluating components in a sample such as rice but also the judgment as to whether the rice is the mixed rice or not and the mixing ratio especially when the sample is rice. CONSTITUTION:A sample-cell holder 7, on which a sample cell filled with a sample is mouted, is intermittently moved in the up and down directions with a sample-cell-holder moving mechanism 10. A transmitted-light sensor 8 measures the transmitted light through the sample by a plurality of times at every time the intermittent movement of the sample is stopped. A computer 40 averages a plurality of measuring times and computes the contents of the evaluating components of the sample. Furthermore, the computer 40 obtains the average value of a plurality of the computed contents and further computes the standard deviation, the distortion, the peak or the like so as to evaluate the distribution of the measurements of the obtained contents.</p> |
