<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tissue culture process for enabling easy cell culture of human bladder cancer. CONSTITUTION:A tissue culture carrier of spherical silica gel which has 1 to 1,000mum average particle size and a dish for bacterial culture (35mm diameter, Falcon xsi1008) are used to culture a human bladder cancer line (JTC-32) (registered to Tissue Culture Society of Japan) at 36.5 deg.C in a carbon dioxide gas incubator which is set to 95% air and 5% carbon dioxide in an open system under the static conditions. The cells are inoculated so that the number of the cells reaches 1.52X10<5> in each dish and the cell number is counted 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after inoculation.</p> |
