PURPOSE:To permit the working for a crankshaft having a narrow gap between a journal part and a pin part by reducing the superposition of a bearing member in each hinge part and reducing the arrangement interval of a shaft part nipping mechanism by reducing the thickness of each shaft part nipping mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rolling machine is equipped with a plurality of shaft part nipping mechanisms 20 and 21 which are equipped with arm connecting hinge parts 26 and 34 which are used for a fillet roll machine which applies the fillet roll work to a plurality of journal parts 1 and pin parts 2 of a crankshaft and connects roll holding arms 23 and 31 and shaft part pressing arms 24 and 32, arm supporting hinge pins 30 and 38 which connect the arm at one edge part of the connecting members 29 and 37 whose the other edge parts are supported on the connecting member supporting hinge pins 28 and 36 installed at the fixed part of the machine. The shaft part nipping mechanisms 20 and 21 are equipped with the arm connecting hinge pins 26 and 34 and the arm supporting hinge pins 28 and 36 in separation on the different axis lines. |
