PURPOSE:To provide the subject food containing nutrients casting no burden on the kidney, thus effective for diet of patients with nephropathy and other sickly persons declined in renal their function, containing ingredients prepared by treating e.g. lactobacillus-fermented milk through centrifugation and/or filtration, etc., to remove whey therefrom. CONSTITUTION:(A) Ingredients prepared by removing whey from lactobacillus- fermented milk through its centrifugation and/or filtration, (B) the ingredients A incorporated with a polysaccharide, (C) an ingredient prepared by homogenizing the ingredients B, or (D) a treated product thereof, is formulated with honey, corn oil, sucrose, and dextrin, etc., and, in addition, with vitamins and minerals, thus obtaining the objective nutritive food having the following characteristics: 1-12g of the ingredients A, B, C or D, per 100kcal of the energy of the final composition; 2-20g of honey; 0.2-1.5g of proteins; 5-30mg of phosphorus; 5-40mg of sodium; 5-50mg of potassium; 0.01-0.2g of lactose; pH: 3.5-4.5; and energy, 1.3-1.8kcal per ml. |
