PURPOSE:To suppress the pulse duration change of the output of a comparator by employing a wide band amplifier of a line receiver of an ECL operated for logic circuit and a wide band comparator. CONSTITUTION:Amplifiers 11, 12 are a line receiver of an ECL contained in the same package to form a wide band amplifier unit. A comparator 13 has wide band. By realizing the wide band amplifiers 11, 12 and the comparator 13, the pulse duration of the output of the comparator 13 is suppressed. The amplifiers 12, 13 are contained in the same package for an integrated circuit, thereby reducing the pulse duration change of the output of the comparator 13 due to the power supply drift and temperature drift. |
