<p>PURPOSE:To securely lock or unlock, while saving consumption of electric power, by intermittently transmitting and receiving with a transmitting and receiving mode and making it possible to changeover between the usual locking and unlocking signal and the forcible locking and unlocking signal. CONSTITUTION:Intermittent transmitting signals including locking and unlocking signals turned on and off at an appropriate interval are modulated to transmit from a transmitter 1. The intermittent transmitted signals are received in an intermittent receiving mode by a receiver 2 to extract a locking signal or an inlocking signal. Next, in a controller 3, the locking motion is conducted based on the locking or unlocking signal. This transmitter 1 can be optionally changed over between an usual locking or unlocking signal and a forcible locking and unlocking signal. And the system is designed so that after a key has been locked or unlocked in accordance with the ususal signal, it can not be locked or unlocked by the same signal until a certain time interval elapses. When the forcible locking or unlocking signal is transmitted, the key can be locked or unlocked by taking precedence over all other controls.</p> |
