PURPOSE:To shorten degreasing time and to produce a sintered body having a high relative density by using an acrylic resin base graft polymer together with raw material powders, such as metallic powder and ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION:The acrylic resin base graft polymer consisting of 70wt.% butyl methacrylate and 30wt.% methyl methacrylate and styrene is used. The compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. stainless steel powder, 0.8 pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.9 pts.wt. polyprophlene, 1.7 pts.wt. acrylic resin base graft polymer, 0.9 pts.wt. paraffin wax and 1.2 pts.wt. butyl phthalate is heated and kneaded at 140 deg.C by a kneader and is then cooled and pulverized. The resulted powder is molded by an injection molding machine, by which the sintered body is obtd. |
