PURPOSE:To mechanically prevent an accompanying motion of a horizontal arm generated as a vertical arm is rotated, by rotating an output gear of a horizontal arm through an output gear of vertical arm and an intermediate gear mechanism to make a vertical arm only rotate on C axis. CONSTITUTION:When the horizontal arm 7 is rotated around B axis and then the B axis motor 20 is driven, the input gear for horizontal arm 17 rotates through the pinion 21 and gear 19, the intermediate gear or horizontal arm 26 rotates on its support axis 16 and the intermediate gear mechanism 22 rotates on its axis to make the horizontal arm 7 rotate around B axis. Also, when the vertical arm 6 is rotated around C axis and then the C axis motor 10 is driven, the input shaft for vertical arm 8 rotates through the pinion 11 and gear 9, the B axis motor 20 stops to fix the input gear for horizontal arm, and then the fixed gear 12 is fixed, accordingly, the intermediate gear 15 for vertical arm and the intermediate gear 26 for horizontal arm roll on these gears 12 and 17. Therefore, the intermediate gear 27 for horizontal arm prevents an accompanying motion of the horizontal arm 7. |
