<p>PURPOSE:To measure the axial gap of an inner ring split type double-row rolling bearing simply and precisely. CONSTITUTION:Two inner rings 2, 2 are airtightly pressed and pinched from both ends in the axial direction by a pair of pinching members 4, 4, a constant- pressure fluid is fed to an interval section (h) between two inner rings 2, 2 by a constant-pressure fluid feeding means 5 via one pinching member 4, and the fluid is injected from the interval section (h). The fact is utilized that the back pressure or flow of the constant-pressure fluid feeding means 5 is changed in a fixed correlation with the change of the axial size of the interval section (h), and the change of the back pressure or flow is measured by a measuring means to determine the axial size of the interval section (h).</p> |
