PURPOSE:To provide the subject liposome preparation containing a large amount of water soluble medicine and its production method. CONSTITUTION:The liposome preparation encapsulating an aqueous liquid containing a water-soluble medicine in an amount of >= the saturated concentration at room temperature and a method for producing the above liposome preparation by using the above liquid to be encapsulated and forming a liposome membrane under heating. A liposome preparation containing the water-soluble medicine in a high content per unit lipid can be obtained at a reduced production cost and a desired medicinal effect can be obtained by administration in a lower dose than in the conventional preparation. |
