PURPOSE:To smoothly lift a handcar and a horizontal shaft by using a metal pipe as a vertical tower, machining a vertical groove on the side wall of the metal pipe, and inserting a horizontal shaft having a wagon-supporting arm into the vertical groove. CONSTITUTION:A molded metal pipe 26 is used as a vertical tower 15, and a vertical groove 16 is machined on the side wall of the metal pipe. A handcar 17 is set in the vertical tower, and a horizontal shaft 18 having a wagon- supporting arm is inserted into the vertical groove and further fit into the hole 20 of the handcar. |
