PURPOSE:To enhance the supporting accuracy of a clutch by providing both a large-diameter cylindrical part by which a band is slidingly brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface of a drum and a small-diameter cylindrical part which is integrated thereto and to the inner circumferential surface of which a bearing member is fitted, and by arranging a one-way clutch on the outer circumferential side of the small-diameter cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:A clutch plate 26 is spline-fitted to the inner circumferential surface of a clutch drum part 20, and the clutch disk 27 sandwiched thereby is spline-fitted to a clutch hub 28 on the inner circumferential side of the clutch drum part 20, and a one-way clutch 29 is provided between the clutch hub 28 and a fitting part 18. When a brake band 22 is tightened for braking a brake drum 21, a radial force acts on the brake drum 21; however, since the working position of this force and the position of the fitting part 18 to the input shaft 15 for supporting this force are kept nearly constant in the axial direction of the brake band 22, and also the one-way clutch 29 is provided as the inner race of the fitting part 18, deformation is not caused in a brake drum 16. Thus, the supporting accuracy of the one-way clutch 29 can be properly maintained. |
