PURPOSE:To obtain the subject bearing capable of keeping stable frictional characteristics over a long period even under severe condition by adding a urea-based thickening agent to a base oil consisting of an alkyldiphenyl ether oil and a poly-alpha-olefin oil and impregnating the obtained grease in a formed porous bearing. CONSTITUTION:The objective bearing is produced by impregnating a formed porous bearing with a grease produced by adding (A) 0.1-5wt.% of a urea-based thickening agent consisting of preferably an aliphatic urea (e.g. the compound of formula II) to (B) a base oil produced by compounding (i) an alkyldiphenyl ether oil (an addition reaction product of 1-3mol of 10-22C alpha-olefin to 1mol of diphenyl ether) with (ii) a poly-alpha-olefin oil [the compound of formula I ((n) is 1-6)] at a weight ratio of 80:20 to 20:80. |
