<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a method for raising seedling by plant tissue culture capable of providing a large amount of seed and seedlings in a short period of time by making callus from bud, without forming bulbs from the callus, and directly redifferentiating stems and leaves. CONSTITUTION:The objective method for raising seedling by plant tissue culture has a process for collecting tissue of bud of common hyacinth, placing the collected tissue of the bud placed on a callus-inducing medium containing at least cytokinin as a plant hormone and culturing the callus to derive the callus, a process for multiplying the callus by repeatedly dividing and transplanting the callus using a medium for multiplying the callus, a process for transplanting the multiplied callus to a medium for forming stems and leaves and a process for transplanting the stems and the leaves to a medium for rooting and rooting to give seedlings. The rooted seedlings are transplanted in a flowerpot, raised to regenerate a plant or the formed stems and leaves are transplanted in a flowerpot to regenerate a plant.</p> |
