PURPOSE:To reduce the unevenness of processing amount of the surface of a work piece by providing a mechanism to move relatively an injection nozzle and the work piece, in the system in which the surface of the work piece is processed by injecting abrasive grains from the injection nozzle by a compressed air. CONSTITUTION:To an injection nozzle 2 including a conical nozzle 3 provided with an air register plate 4 having a divergent form and nemerous holes 4a at the front end, a compressed air feeding member 5 and an abrasive grain feeding member 6 are provided, and by injecting a compressed air together with abrasive grains from the injection nozzle 2 to a disk form work piece 7, the surface of the work piece 7 is processed. In such a blast processing device, the work piece 7 is fixed through an installing member 16 on a rotary table 8 installed on top of a rotary shaft which is rotated through a gear train 14 and 11 by the operation of a motor 12. And in the blast processing, the abrasive grains are sprayed evenly on the surface of the work piece 7 by rotating the work piece 7, so as to eliminate the unevenness of the processing amount of the surface of the work piece 7. |
